Kinetic Chain Assessment:

In simple terms, this means finding out what quirks and niggles you are currently experiencing. Whether you know it or not, you are almost certainly carrying a number of minor “injuries” right now. Here’s why.

Over time, through injury, poor posture or sedentary jobs, the body will start to fall out of alignment, which has an impact on the way your body works and moves. Without addressing the root cause of these defects the body will continue to perform, albeit incorrectly. This places further stress on the body, and continued movement in this way will ultimately lead to injury.
