I offer One-to-One personal training, strength and conditioning, fat loss, and nutrition. These tailor made fitness plans are for any age range, younger to older.

Before beginning any training or a strength and conditioning programme, I will carry out a Kinetic Chain Assessment to know and understand the key areas around which to focus your training.

Personal training sessions can take place in various training venues, or in the comfort of your own home. These can be adapted for indoors or outside for changes in the weather

Pricing is based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation I will provide you with a session fee.
